How to Fix This Partition Table / Lost Linux Partition

Please, I would appreciate some input on how to recover the data from a lost partition. What do I leave as D or P.
Since its a Linux file system I dont think there is a way to navigate and see where my files are but i assume I should turn the fourth partition from d to p. Not sure about the third. Its only 8 so maybe leave as d.
We are talking about an Iomega Home Media Drive that I think should only have three partitions.
Will the folder structure be the same once the partition is recovered/written?
Tks

I gave it a shot now and tried to change the fourth partition from d to p. After writing I was told I needed to reboot. After I rebooted everything looked the same both in the OS as well as in testdisk.
Whats going on?
