Unfortunately, it looks like that's not possible to get your start partition working, when you switched to UEFI!.
Please let me know what motherboard do you have?

This has never happened before, I don't know how it got messed up in the first place, but I have an ASROCK p67 motherboard

I've no idea which ASROCK p67 you have,
I've checked this version.

There are a couple of possibilities to configure a RAID.
Which configuration did you use?

That's the same RAID BIOS I used to create my RAID0 setup. Strip size 128kb
