Um I'm having a bit of trouble recovering files...mostly because I don't know how to. May someone direct me to a video or tell me how to because I NEED TO GET MY LOST VIDEOS BACK!

Have you read the step by step guide?
That's the first place to start - this forum doesn't have a massive membership, so I don't expect anyone to spend the time detailing all the procedures.
