Lost my partitions and unable to recover using backup file

HI,
I am unable to load the backup file to my external harddisk as it says "Structure : BAD ". I have uploaded the acreenshot along with this.
I am trying to recover my old partitions which are of size 90585088 (P), 61437952 (P), 160550912 (*).
Please help me out
