Automount disabled

#1 Post by knoxrebel »

After using testdisk to recover gpt and mbr/partition recoveries. I now have two machines with win7 enterprise 64-bit that will no longer auto mount a hard drive or large memory stick. If diskpart is run and auto mount is enabled, auto mount and auto drive letter assignment will work until machine is rebooted. This has happened to me in past and the only remedy was a clean install of windows.
