Help with raid1 array broken, encrypted with Trucrypt

I had problems with my Marvell 9128 raid controller, which contained a raid 1 array of (2) 2 TB discs. It was a single volume, that I had encrypted with Trucrypt. I believe it was NTFS. I had updated the firmware on the raid controller (stupid me) and all of a suddent my OS (win8) could not see the device any longer.

In an attempt to recover the data, I broke the raid1 array from the BIOS firmware. I believe I accidentally deleted the MBR record upon doing so.

Windows now can see two individual discs with no allocations.

If I run testdisk on the first hdd, it shows what I think are two fat partitions, at small sizes, like 250gb. I need to go through and screen shot the process again.

At some point, it had created a volume on the disk that was small, like 150gb. Obviously not what I was trying to achieve. Right now it is running a scan that looks like this :

I really am not familiar with this kind of recovery or the physics of hard drives and their partitions. I'm depserate for help, as I have have family photos on here that are priceless to me.

Here is the screen when it is finished with a regular scan.

After I hit enter :

Not going to do anything after this, but what should I do here? Why is it finding a 226gb partition?
