Quick question about sectors per cluster

Hi, testdisk is a great free app that has saved my files many times.

My system has 3 HDs 300GB (Win7 64bit currently using), 500GB (XP Home boot) and 1TB (non-boot data).

So I wanted to create another partition on the 500GB disk for a reason I won't go into now as its not relevant using Acronis Disk Director 11 Home by resizing the volume. I 'committed' the operation and within a few seconds was asked to restart the system so I did. But now Windows did not allow me to access the drive. I checked with Disk Director and it said 'corrupt master file table' so I opened up testdisk 6.14 and managed to repair the MFT (it now shows 'MFT and MFT mirror matches perfectly' - great!) but the disc was still not accessible so I am now rebuilding boot sector but when it scans and says 'Use MFT from 786183, confirm? (y/n)' I press Y and underneath it says 'Sectors per cluster (0-512) : 8' should I change this value? I have no idea what this means so please help!

Thanks
