Recovering a wiped partition

Hi,

Here is my case: I have a MacBook Pro running Windows 7 (64bits) on Boot Camp.

When I installed Windows I gave 40GB for its partition. Soon I found it was too small. So that I reduced the size of the MacOS partition through "Disk Utility" and then rebooted in Windows and extended the Windows partition through a third party software.

When I rebooted into MacOS I realised that MacOS didn't register the modification of the Windows Partition. It still showed the MacOS Partition, a free unpartitioned space and the original 40GB Windows Partition.

Anyway I could select which partition to boot to by pressing the "Alt" key while starting the MacBook.

Until I upgraded to Mavericks. Now the Extended Windows Partition disappeared.

I have downloaded TestDisk and these are the screen shots I get:

This is my current Partition Structure:
This is my current Partition Structure
This is my current Partition Structure
TestDisk1.png (53.58 KiB) Viewed 1317 times
The partition 4 showed there is the ale 40GB Partition which I want to delete (because it was supposed to be expanded to 100GB)

I have found the partition I need to revive (the one select):

Now I am not sure what to do. Can I modify this in the same computer I am working on? or should I remove the disk and do it externally?

Now what shout I do?... mark all the partitions I want to keep with a "P"?

I would like to exchange current Partition 4 with the found partition.

Please let me know how to proceed.

Kind regards,

Tom
