Trying to repair/recover partition. What to do next?

Hi all
Trying to repair/recover my broken Intel SSD 510, which stopped working for some strange reason the other day.
Using Test Disk for the first time and trying to follow the "Step by step" guide, but I don't know what to do next (see attached image) in this process, because the info I'm getting is not listed in the guide.
Can someone help me please?
