testdisk is started (for the reason that doesn't find the partition so)
server-root: testdisk / dev/cciss/c1d1
and when she is started the file of the logs testdisk.log it doesn't create me in the directory root, instead when she is normally started with the command
server-root: testdisk
the screens of creation of the logs it doesn't exist in the first case.

Your disk description indicates wrong chs-values.
Disk / dev/cciss/c1d0 - 999 GBs / 931 GiBs - chs 239337 255 32
The value 32 might be wrong and should be 63.
You can use the menu "Geometry" to change the value 32 to 63 and have another try to search for your partitions.
Please edit only the value sector from 32 to 63 ant test it again!
Leave all the other values alone!
As long as you don't use write, you'll not going to change anything to your disk.
It's only a try to find your partitions.
