I'm not as much an Apple tech savvy either.
But if you found your partition and it's in your GUID partition table, then it would be possible to try Advanced, your partition must be chosen and Superblock if avialable.
Would it be possible to upload a screenshot from the menu Advanced and if possible Superblock also.

Testdisk originally listed sector length of partition 3 inaccurately/too long(65513064). I changed this because partition is 31.16 GB which 65352416 matches.
I had also tried to recover with sector length 65513064 but that failed also.
