TestDisk found my formatted partition, but I cant write them

Hello everyone,
OK, so here is the story. I was editing the partitions on an extra internal drive on my Mac Pro running Lion 10.7.5. I accidentally selected the entire drive and not the partition that I needed to erase and now all my data and the partitions are just one single formatted drive called Untitled.
So I booted up to a spare install of Lion and used TestDisk to hopefully recover my partitions. It finds the correct partitions right away, but after I tell it to write the partition structure and reboot, the drive still shows up as just one partition named Untitled.
I must mention that I have read all the instructions before hand and read through the forums already. I unmounted the disk before launching TestDisk and I did launch it with sudo. I have tried dev/disk0 and dev/rdisk0. I have also used TestDisk in the past, but for some strange reason its not working for me this time.
What could be the issue?
I have uploaded all the screenshots of my progress for you to double check my work.
