Recovering a TimeMachine Partition

Hi all,
Basically I have a 2 Terabyte Samsung external harddrive, that requires recovery.
This hard drive was used for my Macbook Pro (2009) TimeMachine backups on a consistent basis but somehow it crashed.
Anyway, I used a different recovery program that actually got majority of my files back but in an unordered format.
So, I have started using TestDisk and clicked the Mac Parition and used deepsearch... what are the steps once this is completed?
