Hi,
I want to recover DOCX files from a laptop down. I removed the hard drive and I put it in my computer.
I can browse the directories in a partition on that drive, but I can not open the files.
I tried to save the disc with Acronis but it does not display this disk!
CrystalInfo and HD Tunes don't display this disk too, i cannot get SMART status.
Disk Management in Windows (disk n°5):

In testdisk, i cannot select the entire disk, just the "drive E:"

Quick and deep search display "Read error".
With PartitionMagic liveCD, it takes 5 minutes to mount sb1 (same as E:) but refuse to mount sb2 (same as F:)
Any idea is welcome
Testdisk shows drives instead of disks
