Raid array Non Member Disk

I updated my motherboard drivers and it messed up my raid 0 array. It told me the first disk was a Non Member Disk.
I have 3 drives in the array. This is only a data drive and not the main drive for the system to boot from. I went into the raid configuration and set the disks to non raid then set all the back to raid as I've seen in several tutorials. I ran testdisk and it found the partition and I was able to see all my files when I pressed P. I wrote the data to disk as it said and when I reboot the raid array still isn't accessible in windows. It shows the drive but says I must format it.
I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but I need help as I have 6TB of data on the array.
