Following partitions can't be recovered error

I have 2TB, WDBAAF0020HBK-NESN, I took our of casing and installed in desktop.
Show in disk management as healthy, but no drive letter and not showing in Windows explorer..
So I found Testdisk and ran it...
After quick search..which took two days..I got "following partitions can;t be recovered"
Now what do I do??? BTW..I have total newbie and I have NO idea what all these means...
Also during quick search, I got these errors...
Please HELP....
