The last thing you can do, to use partition table type None and test a rebuild BS.
If it doesn't work, you need data recovery software.

Start TestDisk.
Confirm at Create Log with enter.
Select your flash disk and press enter.
Choose partition table type None.
Don't confirm at Analyse but Advanced.
If your partition is listed as Unknown, choose Type and press enter.
Select your previous file system FAT32 and press enter.
Confirm at Boot with enter also.
Highlight Rebuild BS and hit Enter.
Rebuild your BS will be in progress.
Normally, it takes some minutes.
If it's finished, please post the infos or upload a screen.
If you see a menu List, please highlight it and press enter.
Please let me know, do you see your data or an error message.
To get back to the previous screen, easily press q for Quit.

Infos will follow.

Code: Select all

Boot sector
Bad

Backup boot sector
Bad

First sectors (Boot code and partition information) are not identical.

A valid FAT Boot sector must be present in order to access
any data; even if the partition is not bootable.

I have no idea did you run Rebuild BS or not?
If you were running Rebuild BS with no result, you should test data recovery software limke PhotoRec.

I ran Rebuild BS and it finished in few seconds, then I took the screenshot.
Now, I'm running photorec.
