I started the partition analyze but it has a "Read Error at" line that worries me. I don't think this is working. Let me know before I wait 24 hours for it to finish.
Situation: hard drive partitions vanished on Windows 7 drive. Shows unpartitioned space. Would love to recover the partitions but in the end, the data files are most important. This is for a business.

Re: Is this working? See screenshot
Can you check your disk using CrystalDiskInfo?
Please download the portable version.
The executable contains adware open candy.

I'd need info from testdisk / Analyse to check your current partition table.
As far as you mentionned, your disk space should be unallocated?
TestDisk can hang if you scan read errors or bad sectors.

Per your instructions, I have downloaded the portable version of CrystalDiskInfo and attached the log file to this post. The problem drive is third in the log. The drive is labeled TOSHIBA MQ01ABF050H.
Edit: I attempted to attach the txt log file to this post but it is not showing up. Here is a link instead.

So far the Analyse Cylinder line has taken 45 minutes to go from 0/60800 to 13/60800. Also, I have attached an image of what Windows sees in disk management.
