Windows Partition accidentally over written

I am desperate and tried posting this earlier, but it did not go through so once again I will try.

I have an laptop with two HDD. Primary is a WD 640GB drive the secondary is a Hitachi 750GB drive. I have Win 7 on the primary and the second had been a Win7 boot drive with all my data on it. I was setting up a dual-boot with Win7 and Ubuntu. I put the Ubuntu disk in and started the install, and did not realize I had already started it on the 750GB, but forgot to copy off all my files. I stopped the install just shortly after it created the partitions for a default Ubuntu install.

I believe that testdisk is the correct tool to use for recovering the drive and all the data, but I am unsure as to which steps to use and which order to use them. Does anyone know what I should do.

seriously tense!!! :(
