Multiple Partitions - Original Three: Recovery?scrnshot att

Hi,
Running TestDisk on a Windows 7 machine. Hitachi HDD 1 TB with three partitions C: 97 GB (OS) E: 390 GB (DATA) F: 470 GB (DATA). Windows explorer currently says F:not accessible, directory corrupted. Scanning with test disk shows the current data (screen shot):
Could you please help me troubleshoot the issue?
