Hi
I have test disk
started for a deeper search it is a 3 TB disk
Now I'm almost 50% of search But have the log file already 2.678.872.180b end now my disk is full.

Is there another method, or can someone tell me how much disk space is required to read a 3 TB drive end for deeper search

There are probably tons of read errors on your screen also.
Probably a hardware problem, software solution won't help. Contact a data recovery company.
