#1 Post by PacoMorales »

Hello Guys,

I have a problem with my Western-Digital "My Book" 2 terabits. I have been working for almost 3 years with this devise until two weeks ago when I did try to change it to another computer. And then...it is not longer accessible... so I want to cry...

Now I am trying to fix this with Testdisk-6.14, so I did but I don't understand very well some things, please take a look to my screenshots.

This is my PC, I can see "My Book" but it only shows NTFS ...Please take a look to the screenshot.

But when I want to access to the disk it says that the location is not accessible...Please take a look to my screenshot.

Then I did run Testdisk-6.14 and I following the next steps...
