Cant Boot to Windows

So I downloaded CentOS onto a USB and installed according to a guide. It had me create 4 partitions on my main device but then failed to install. I then rebooted and found that my windows partition was not listed as something I can boot into. I've booted ubuntu and found that my partition is still there with all my previous files still there I just cant get my computer to boot to that partition. I've been told that Testdisk can solve my problem but I am new to the program as well as partition diagnostics so I don't want to accidently mess anything up.
If anyone can give me any insight on how testdisk can help me boot into my windows partition that would be amazing.

Please upload a screen shot of TestDisk / Analyse!
It displays your current partition structure (partition table).
Also, you can copy and paste the content of your testdisk.log into your next post.
