Need help repairing harddrive

Hey guys,
I cant seem to get the harddisk up and running again. First there where no partitions. Now they are showing at least a few. Then there was no bootable partition found. It doesn't say that anymore.
But still it is not working. What do i have to do to get it up and running again?
Please help, because I really need the files on the disk.
