Not sure how to proceed

There are plenty of posts here that seem to apply to my situation but I'm worried about playing with something that I don't control completely.

Here is my scenario.

I have an SSD system drive
2TB HDD with 3 partitions: (approximate values)
- 1300 for Media
- 400 encrypted volume
- 100 for mirrors of cloud storage (Dropbox, Box, GDrive etc)

I had a major driver issue and had to reformat and reinstall Windows 8.1

In the process I was having all sorts of issues with the format step and the MFT/MBR was lost.

Now the 2TB disk is read just fine but as a single partition and there is some data there and it's readable but it's just a small segment of the total. FYI, I haven't been so stupid as to write to it.

First question, do I have any hope at all of recovering my partitions at all or is this a lost cause?

Second question, if the answer to the first one is yes can someone please point me to the thread that would be the advisable manner for me to proceed?

THanks.

Run TestDisk, Analyse, Quick Search, Deeper Search. It should find yur lost partitions. Set the partition you want to keep to *(bootable), P(rimary) or L(ogical). Once you have all your partitions, choose Write, confirm, Quit

I did the first part already and this was the result

First major doubt for me is how they became FAT formatted.

The second major thing is that an entire partition is missing.

And the 3rd is that the size is way off.
