Major Duck Up when reloading Windows 7

I made a huge mistake.
When reloading windows 7, I deleted the 100 MB partition from my Segate 4TB (st4000dm000) hdd.
When I installed windows 7, it formatted it and put a partition of only 2 TB on it, and effectively wiping my HDD of all my stored files.
What settings do I use to maximize file recovery?
I tried:
cylinders 16383
heads 16
sectors/track 63
Sector size 512
This seemed to be providing files, but at a really slow rate, and there was no naming scheme or info.
Then I tried:
cylinders 16383
heads 16
sectors/track 63
Sector size 4096
This was great, I got fast file recovery, and some details about the names and icons even showed up for the exe files. However, It stopped finding files at 6667 files.
What settings can I use to maximize file recovery and retain details about the file?
Really freaking out here, please help.
The attachment si the windirstat of the recovered files. It seems like if I got the numbers right, it would be more organized perhaps?
What information do you need to help me with this problem?
