It's not recommended to run any Antivirus, Security Suite, Norton Go Back or Sonar during data recovery.
Can you stop it as long, as you recover data?

No problem. I stopped it to run the program and post the log.

PhotoRec doesn't create a log but a session file.
It's intended to continue a previous session.
So I don't need it.

OK, can I fix my thumb drive?

What I would like to recover are stored as REAL Videos.

OK, can I fix my thumb drive?
I'm not sure, because you have had an error;
ReadFile The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error.
Did you already try PhotoRec?
The procedur might be;
In PhotoRec choose your thumb drive.
Go to File Opt.
Press s to deselect all file types.
Select only your required ones, like rv .

Try to recover your data first.

Then, try to reformat your thumb drive.
If windows complains, have a try to use this tool;

If it doesn't work, your thumb drive looks broke and should be replaced.
