I have a WD internal HD which I just use for storage and has become RAW. I followed the testdisk instructions (including running as admin). I press "Write" and after I reboot. After he reboot, testdisk failed to create a partion or filesystem so the HD isstill RAW.

Any ideas on why the "Write" failed?

Run TestDisk, Advanced, select the partition, choose List (or Boot, List). Do you see your files ?

If it's the case, run "cmd" (right click run as administrator), "chkdsk /f d:" (replace d: by the correct drive letter)
