Changing Partitions from D to P

I know this probably too obvious.
OS:Ubuntu 12.04
Hardware: Dell/Intel
I seriously deleted my partition table in Linux. Wrote "0"s over it with dd. (Don't Ask)
I ran TestDisk Selected /dev/sda
Selected Intel Partition Table Type/Analyse/Quick Search
I can then see all my partitions. I can even see the files.
The problem:
I see two partitions in green Primary Bootable and Linux Swap In green.
I see my Main Partition Marked D deleted in white. I can see the files and everything seems fine but when I select continue/write I only see the the green partitions selected, and I don't write.
What am I missing?
