Help with erased/reformatted partition Mac SSD

I have followed your step by step and I seem to be getting lost in the final steps or I am doing something wrong leading up to them.

I accidentally hit "erase" in disk utility on the wrong partition. It happened to be the partition with my entire drive on it. It was a quick erase, not overwrite. Instead of stopping and getting help there, I stupidly created a new partition and installed OS to try and recover. Since then, I have removed that partition and I have been accessing from another drive that I am running the OS off of.

I have nearly 230 GB of data to recover. The partition I am looking for was called untitled, then accidentally switched to EFI before I erased. That accidental switch was made when I was renaming a new partition "EFI." So, write when it was erased there were 2 "EFI" partitions, but only one had data on it.

What a mess, I know.

Please help. Here is test log

Did you install your OS on your affected partition/space?

Seems clear to me, from the OP, that the answer is yes.

I assume that your underlying lost partition and file system is probably damaged.
In your case, one possibility would be to use datarecovery software and test, how much data are recoverable.
You can try PhotoRec.
Info:
http://www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/PhotoRec
http://www.cgsecurity.org/wiki/PhotoRec_Step_By_Step
Another hint would be, to use FileOpt.
Pressing s you can deselct all file types and only select these file types where you'd like to recover.
PhotoRec doesn't recover original file names and directories.
But for example you can scan unallocated or free space only and PhotoRec will only recover lost underlying files.
