can get the correction

this is what i get in deeper search... the first line (FAT32 LBA ... 0 1 1 8354 171 8 134217728 [NO NAME]) appears when performing the quick search scan, and also it starts from 6%... how can i get it fixed?

If testdisk finds a partition during Quick Search it'll jump to the end of the found partition and keeps scanning.
Your screen shot is taken during a scan.
Important is the result when your scan has finished.
If some partitions are not found during Quick Search, you should run Deeper Search.
