Corrupt File System - Tough one... maybe

I have a hyper-v virtual disk (VHDX - windows 2008r2) that has 3 partitions (C,D,E). There was a power outage that caused the server to drop. Upon logging back into the vm, Partition 3 (E). Had some corrupted folders, I could access some but the newer ones showed "Corrupted folder" when I tried to access them. Running a chkdsk /F seemed to have made things worse. The corrupted folders were now just gone.
I thought luckily, Ill open up a backup from the night before but when I mount the image, those same folders are corrupted. This leading me to believe that there was problems with the partition to begin with and the imaging software just made copies of it.
I now have the partition mounted in windows in a read only state trying to figure out if its better to try and fix before a windows chkdsk is performed.
I figure that something happened to the MFT and was no longer pointing correctly to the folders.

Doing a scan with test disk the log is showing the partion as *sys=4F bad relative sector. (Log below)
Im not sure what that means or the best way to proceed as the NTFS partitions aren't showing.
Any advice is incredibly appreciated.
