Deleted portable hard drive volume

Hi I am new to this forum thank you for giving me access. I accidentally deleted the portable hard drive volume with windows computer management storage disk management. Did not recreate a volume left as is. I can see the disk "Disk 1 Basic 931.51 GB online, 931.51 GB Unallocated"
I use to start TrueCrypt from my c drive and auto mount my portable drive with the truecrypt volume with data on it. Could someone please assist with process the process I need to follow to recover from this.
