hi guys

my Zyxel 325-2 2-bay NAS (bought 2014-1) broke down
disks suddenly did not start up again, they try to, but some whirring and a big click, then starts all over again
after checking disks today (Seagate NAS HDD 3000), they were very hot (presumably trying to start for days)

installed teskdisk on Win10/i7-3700 PC, OK
result: None partition table has been detected (very rare the program says)

do I have to presume that disk (or even worse: both disks) are totally DEAD?
(i do have a back up, but 4 weeks old and some recent data not there)

how to proceed?

txs
