Partition recovery not found

Hi,
I'm have a old hdd with 256GB with two partition, first is the data and second is recovery partition

With ddrescue i have create an image of disk (3 days to complete it) and when i try to load it on testdisk this is the result:

Testdisk -> Intel Partition -> Analyze

How i can recovery it?

As the partition table is ok, no need to search for partitions.
Run TestDisk, Advanced, Boot, List. You may be able to copy your files.

And how make the fullist of file to recovery?
