Until I erased that format and I Formatted into NTFS.

If I understand correctly your disk has been reformated. Run PhotoRec to try to recover your data.

I saw some tricks to batch rename files after disaster happened, but Is there any way to get the folder structure and filenames as it where before or that's impossible?
