I downloaded the file testdisk-7.0.linux26-x86_64.tar.bz2. Extracted it, opended the folder testdisk-7.0 and than I clicked photorec_static but nothing happend. I clicked testdisk_static too and nothing happend. Why? I execute both by terminal and nothing too.

Run the program from a terminal, this way you will have the exact error message if any.
