Trying to recover entire drive (TestDisk Failed PhotoRec is looping)

I'm new to this, so I'm apologizing in advance.

I tried to clone a full drive onto an empty one. The instructions were poorly translated from what I assume is Chinese and the numbers got mixed up. I stopped the clone in the first couple minutes. it was cloning the empty drive onto the full one.

I'm trying to recover the entire drive and I'm not sure what to do now. I ran testDisk and did a deeper search. Now i have a list of partitions and am lost. Below is the screen I am looking at now. Any help is appreciated.

Use 'p' on each partition to check which one hold your files.
If you want to recover this partition, use the arrow keys to siwtch it to *(bootable), P(rimary) or L(ogical).
On next screen, choose Write, confirm, Quit

awesome, thanks; It was unable to write any partition but one, and the one it could write was empty. moving on to photorec.

EDIT:
PhotoRec is running but is now stuck on the last 600 million sectors and keeps looping. It has been going for 19 hours and 2 minutes on a 1tb drive. Should I stop it or is it still actually doing something? In the last 12 hours of looping it has found exactly 3 files. It has recovered 629k files total.

Update:
It resets around sector 1,920,000,000/1,953,525,168 all the way back to about sector 1,100,000,000. Elapsed time is 27h 10m. Is a sector corrupted?

(sorry for the double post)
