Logical Partition instead of Primary/Primary Bootable Partition?

Hello again, the flash drive was successfully formatted and created partition successfully without any problems.
When I clicked Analyse it says Bad sector count. No partition is bootable. After that, I clicked Quick Search and then this screen is showing After clicking Quick Search, The listed partitions are listed Logical and Extended only. Is there any problem if I would write these type of partitions to my flash drive? Or I should convert it to Primary or Primary Bootable first before writing it back to the flash drive? What should I do? Thanks in advance!
