Should I be getting these options for an NTFS drive???

I got a new cloned pcb board for the drive I had posted about before, and now partitions are showing up. Sort of.

When I get to the quick search portion of the menu, I got this. Which doesn't make sense to me because the drive wasnt Linux, and definitely didn't have this many partitions.
