Ok so i converted it to MBR, and that didnt even take him 1 second, i can confirm it by right clicking the left box and it shows an option to confert it back to GPT, but the thing is, Testdisk still says he detect GPT?
altho i started an other scan with intel table selected

Yes, your disk should be Intel and if testdisk auto detects efi, you can change it to intel.
But you've already done it.
Just run Quick and if nothing is found Deeper Search to have a try to find your partition containing your data from its backup of the boot sector.
If a partition is found, press p to have a try to list your files.
To get back to the previous screen, press q for quit.
If TestDisk displays read errors and hangs, you should stop the scan.

I did both normal search and deeper search, got no results.

So what should i do next?
Should i just try to allocate a new partition to it and hope i dont lose my data?
