Bad external drive after not safely removing.

Hey guys!
Any help would be appreciated, I dabble in computers but don't know anything about this stuff.
As the title says, I believe the hard drive was accidentally unplugged from a working computer and since then I cannot access any data on the drive.
It still shows up in My Computer with the correct size but cannot open it. In disk management is shows all partitions (it was a Laptop drive I didn't bother reformatting) but the primary partition is labeled as RAW.
I tried to use TestDisk but honestly I don't know what exactly to do.
When I open TestDisk (With Administrator privileges) and select the drive it mentions that a EFI GPT partition table has been detected so I don't even know whether I should use Intel or EFI GPT as the option to start with.

Thanks so much for your time!

Run TestDisk, select the disk, confirm the partition table type (EFI GPT in your case), Advanced, select the partition, Boot, RebuildBS, List.
If you can see your files, choose Write, confirm, Quit and restart your computer.
Please post the testdisk.log file content if it doesn't work.

Thank you so much for your help!
I see 5 partitions, only one that has the 'boot' option. When I select it and select list, it mentions "No file found, filesystem may be damaged"

Here is the log:
