Seagate Ext Hard Drive asking to be formated

Hello All
After reading your forum I decided to run TestDisk on my External Hard Drive 2000GB
after completing Quick search - no partition was detected
after completing Deep Search it gave me this saying that there is partitions conflict between 3 and 2, 2 and 1, 1 and 4
i did a screen shot but can not attache it, i tried as pdf and word file but it does not allow me
I am not computer engineer and I am struggling a lot with it
can you guys help please?

You can link to jpg or png images or copy/paste the testdisk.log file.

Run TestDisk, Advanced, Boot, RebuildBS, List. If you can see your files, choose Write, confirm, Quit and restart your computer.

Thank you for your response. I dont even know how to link to jpg.
When I was doing TestDisk, a lot of information have been displaying in this communication black window and I have seen that there was many times written delete or deleting, which scared me so I have stopped the test being afraid that I am deleting the data.
Should I do it again and then try (somehow) to copy/paste the testdisk.log file (whatever and wherever it is) please?

yohuu, i found this and copied it , maybe that tells you more Mr Grenier
Drive H is the one which is the problem. When I attache it to the computer I get asked to format it.
