Please, I have 1 HD that had 2 volumes C: and D :, I deleted the volume D :, and extended the volume C :.
I realized then that it was the wrong HD.

Run TestDisk, select the PhysicalDrive, Analyse, Quick Search, Deeper Search.
Use 'p' to list the files of all partitions. Once your old D: is found, copy the file somewhere else.
