Initial TestDisk menu shows both /dev and E: versions of HDD

{Seems like an easy question, but I've perused the forums and FAQs, no joy...}
i.e.:
Select a media (use Arrow key, then press Enter):

Disk /dev/sdb - 250 GB / 232 GiB
.
DRIVE E: - 250 GB / 232 GiB
I don't want to select the "wrong" one, or close any avenues of recovery... I believe all files are intact, just missing some partition pointers and allocation table data...
Background: While preparing SD cards (for Raspberry Pi) in Windows 7 Pro, I accidentally ran (as Admin, from cmd window) the DOS DISKPART.exe > CLEAN command on my 250 GB USB EXTernal hard drive, aka Drive E: (SD card was showing as D: instead of the usual G: ... threw me off) ... I did *not* run REFORMAT... I *may* have run CREATE PARTITION PRIMARY, not sure... *blush*
... This 250 GB IOMEGA USB 2.0 HDD is a single large FAT32 partition, NON-bootable, strictly for overflow storage and (ironically) backing up my internal C: drive.
[PS: will gladly donate $25US if this tool undoes my fat-fingered FUBAR... thanks in advance!]
