How do i fix my hard drive?

#1 Post by chrisv032 »

I have windows 10 and it would not load to windows 10, my hard drive says 117 partitions, then another program says 10 partitions on a 280 gig hard drive, I cannot get to my folders on my hard drive, so where to I start to recover my hard drive partitions, or where do I start to repair my hard drive?

Run TestDisk, Advanced, check the number of partitions, if the number of partitions or the partition table looks corrupted, choose Analyze, Quick Search...
Read https://www.cgsecurity.org/testdisk.pdf the chapter about partition recovery
If you need help, please post the testdisk.log file content or some information about your partitions before the problem
