I need help...PLEASE

Hello people, so yesterday suddenly some of the files on my HDD became unreadable and Windows 7 gave me "run CHKDSK to fix the problem" or something in that manner .
Cool, I restarted my PC, CHKDSK started to check my drive, didn't find anything, I was like "okkkk"....
Long story short - when my PC restarted my HDD was down to 5 folders, 99% of all the files GONE with some found.000 folders which don't have many files at all .
It didn't erase the files as it still shows the following on My Computer, it's full but I can't see any files, see attached .
What should I do now ???
I think the Boot got corrupted or something like that, no idea what to do .....
