Recovering from a failed RAID 0 array

Hi all
I have 3 1TB drive in RAID 0, and recently one drive lost it's membership to the array
I managed to re-create the array into it's previous configuration, but Windows sees it as a new drive (has not been initialized). All disk space available was allocated to the array
After scanning the drive with TestDisk, I was able to see my previous partition, and even browse into the folders and files that are still present
As below, I can see the previous partition is still intact (partition name was Stuffs)
However, following the steps in TestDisk leaves me at a blank of what to do when I get to this screen
I don't know what to do next from here... Any help would be appreciated
Cheers
