I have a 4TB HD that contained a partition formatted in exFAT by OS X.
When I using it in Fedora I mistakenly removed this partition.
Regardless of the steps I perform in testdisk,
I get the message "Partition is corrupt" despite their label name is appearing.

I think that the problem is in the selection table partition between intel and GPT (default is intel) or in format of the partition (exFAT dont appear in intel options).

Anybody help me?

The partition table type should be PC Intel only if the disk is actually using 4k sectors, otherwise it can be EFI GPT (with 512 bytes or 4096 bytes sector size).

Please copy/paste the testdisk.log file info if you want more information. It may be a good idea to try TestDisk, Advanced, Boot, List.
