Lost Partition

hi,
my hd is WD6400AAVS -- 640 Gb, LBA = 1250263728
Utility testdisk says 2199 GB / 2048 GiB – CHS 2097152 64 32
The process doesn't find any partitions. The message error is: (‘Partition: Read error’)
How can I recovery the partition or data?
Should be I change the geometry values before checking it? If is required, what are the correct values for the HD?
